RVPS Gathering | Guest Speaker: Lucius Wheeler, LPC

Lucius is passionate about helping people to remember their original wholeness and their connection to themselves, to others, and to the more-than-human world. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR #C6771) in private practice in Ashland, Oregon. Lucius obtained his MA in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and completed the first Entheogen-Assisted Therapy training program offered by Lewis and Clark College in 2021. A member of the Santo Daime - a legal ayahuasca church - since 2010, Lucius has served as a member of the Board of Directors, as a newcomer screener and interviewer, and as a Guardian and co-facilitator of ceremonies. He has provided hundreds of hours of group and individual preparation and integration support over the past decade through the Daime, as a co-leader of retreats in the Peruvian Amazon, and in his therapy practice. In all his work, he emphasizes the importance of humility, reciprocity, and respect for the earth, for all sacred plant teachers, and for the elders and lineage holders who still protect and guide these living traditions.
